As a few of you will have spotted on LinkedIn, two of our Talent Delivery Consultants, Matt Sellick and Neil Tovey, have been taking Social Talent’s Ninja Training. The ten week course teaches recruiters how to use the digital space to find and engage with the best talent available.

Our resident Black Belts in (Ninja) Internet Recruiting completed modules on personal branding, social networks, candidate networking and advertising to name just a few, all of which are designed to bring recruitment firmly in to the 21st Century. The course doesn’t just teach consultants new tools and new methods, but helps trainees understand that they occupy a unique position in the recruitment chain. They are marketers, investigators, facilitators, advisors and advocates. The approach that our consultants' adopt decides the outcome of conversations before they've even begun.
