Case Study

Customer: Audio Visual Manufacturer

Business Sector:

A leading manufacturer of professional AV system integration products. used to integrate video and audio into presentation systems and other applications.

Business problem:

In 2012 this client’s head office made initial contact with Electus Recruitment Solutions after attending a Trade fair at which the HR Manager discussed their current recruitment requirements with one of our principal consultants. Through direct contact at this trade fair, the UK HR Manager approached Electus Recruitment Solutions to assist them with their niche recruitment requirements for an important hire of a Principal Software Engineer for their UK office in the South East of England to assist in the further development of software applications to control state-of-the-art video display, compression and networking products. No internal employee was suitable for the post and the services supplied by other recruitment agencies had not been able to provide the right candidate.

Business Solution Provided:

Electus Recruitment Solutions undertook the assignment by orchestrating searches through our extensive database of candidates across the UK. Head hunting via social media platforms allowed our expert talent delivery consultant to head hunt to the highest calibre of technical candidates. Within 1 month of initial contact via targeted head hunting the successful candidate was rapidly identified and went through a rigorous 3 stage interview process and received an offer. After successful negotiation by Electus Recruitment Solutions the candidate took up the role of Application Software Engineer in November 2013.
