As an accredited member of the Recruitment Employment Confederation (REC), Electus Recruitment Solutions understands and complies with the Employment Recruitment Policies and Procedures guaranteeing a level of service that is aligned with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation Guidelines. 
Electus, as part of this on-going commitment to consistent quality of service, insists that each new employee studies for The Certificate in Recruitment Practice. This is a nationally recognised recruitment qualification developed jointly by the REC and key employers. Main areas covered by this qualification include - Understanding the Recruitment Marketplace, Essential Legislation & Procedures and Relationship with the Business Community & the Candidate.
