Mechanical Engineers - Success Story

 10th Oct 2012

Since end of the Summer Electus have placed a further team set of x3 more degree qualified Mechanical Engineering biased candidates within a major UK Systems Engineering consultancy.

The critical projects being supported by these roles were broadly Defence Design and Technology development facing which demanded 1st class degrees, equivalent experience in industry and security clearance to suit some sensitive and discrete projects

Following initial approach by Electus we were able to discuss core New Project role responsibilities for these vital positions, which by end of Jan 2013 will rise to x5 agreed starters on this programme alone.

Electus were able to run a focused recruitment campaign to source these skills, largely from our active database. Again proving the Electus approach to managing our unique active database which allows us to discretely ‘Track’ our specialist scarce skilled candidates.

This produced a strong, stable structure whose form resembles that of some […]
