Exam Success

We are pleased to announce that Chris Grimes a new addition to the resource team at Electus has recently passed his Certificate in Recruitment Practice.

As part of the Electus training programmes all new resourcers need to achieve the Certificate in Recruitment Practice. The qualification is a nationally recognised recruitment qualification developed jointly by the REC and key employers. 

The course has been designed to cover four key elements of a recruiter’s role.  The aim of each section is to build the skills of the recruiter to enable them to make a significant commercial and professional contribution to their organisation quickly.  The four main areas covered in the course are; 

• Understanding the Recruitment Marketplace
• Essential Legislation and Procedures
• The Relationship with the Business Community
• The Relationship with the Candidate
