However, in some circumstances alternative methods need to be adopted to facilitate an urgent requirement or specialist recruitment need.

The use of high profile retained recruitment consultancy services such as "Head Hunting" and "Executive Search" is generally considered exclusive to senior management and commercial appointments. Companies have found in recent years that the search for experienced well-qualified technical personnel has also become increasingly difficult.
The demand for expertise currently outstrips supply. In many cases technical vacancies can remain unfilled for extended periods of time. In these circumstances, Electus Recruitment Solutions clients have found that the traditional "agency database" method cannot always be relied upon to identify a selection of suitably qualified candidates.

Our senior consultants who have formal training in search techniques are used for such assignments. Electus Recruitment Solutions believes that this methodology can be applied to all levels of appointments and works with the client to identify and target the top performers.

Our process

All candidate identification will be done purely on a search basis. Candidates will be recruited specifically for the current role and client in question. The following steps will be strictly adhered to:

a. Taking of a full and comprehensive job order
Information over and above a standard job specification will be gathered from line managers.

b. Targeting/Candidate Information
Identification of highest achievers within relevant niche sectors.

c. Recruiting:
Target candidates professionally approached, fully briefed and pre-screened in detail. Information gathered far in excess of curriculum vitae.

d. Candidate Presentation
Ideal candidates thoroughly presented and interviews/appointments arranged as necessary.

e. Interview to offer Process
Continuous feedback and communication between all parties will be maintained through to the candidate's acceptance.

f. Resignation briefing and counter offer counselling
Advisory service through each step of this often-difficult process. Our job is not done until a candidate has successfully joined and contributed to our clients company.
