Regional Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Radio Systems Sales Manager - Integrated command and control systems (ICCS, PMR/TETRA/Private mobile radio communications, MPT, P25, conventional, telephony). Complex and bespoke radio communication systems solution sales to Public Safety, Oil and Gas, Transport and Utility sectors -Middle East territory experience essential. Candidates will preferably be based in Europe when not on business in the M.E, however candidates based permanently in the Middle East WILL also be considered. Excellent package negotiable depending on experience with uncapped commission & accelerators and real future career progression opportunities.
For the last 30 years, my prestigious global client has been manufacturing mission-critical command and control communications solutions for public safety, transportation, utilities, manufacturing, healthcare and business applications throughout the world. Due to expansion they have a new opportunity for a technically minded radio systems New Business Development professional to fulfil a Regional Sales Manager role in the Middle East territory where business opportunities are excellent and where some excellent accounts have already been won, which would be inherited by the newly appointed Sales Manager. You absolutely MUST have experience of selling complex, bespoke radio systems solutions to the Public Safety or Oil and Gas or Transport or Utility sectors in the Middle East territory to be considered for this position. You will grow business in the Middle East through Business Development and Account Management of direct and indirect channels and customers in the region with a specific focus on building systems business opportunities in order to achieve personal sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction. Achieve sales and revenue targets for the Middle East through growth of existing direct and indirect customers and acquisition of new business. You will also proactively identify and develop opportunities to sell systems, products and services directly to existing and new distributors, dealers and end users. Complete management of the sales cycle from initiation through to contract closure. Contribute to creation of sales plan. Implement assigned portion of the sales plan to control sales activity. Provide accurate and timely information and forecasts including regular and ad-hoc reports as required. Prepare, plan and conduct regular customer visits, exhibitions, demonstrations, sales and technical training and seminars.
