Your role will be to support Service Transition Leads by progressing products towards acceptance into service, determining whether they are fit for purpose by assessing readiness against agreed service acceptance criteria.
*Support Service Transition Leads to deliver Service Transition activities
*Work with internal teams to progress acceptance into service deliverables
*Maintain Service Transition Dashboard
*Participate in and contribute to regular Service Transition continual service improvement activities
*Transitioning Changes into live service
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
*Experience of working in a customer facing environment
*A structured approach to problem solving
*An ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Ability to work in a demanding environment with competing priorities
*ITIL V3 Foundation certification
*Experience of using ServiceNow
*Experience of working in an IT environment
