Duties and responsibilities:
*General office support including answering the telephone when Facilities Manager is absent,
*Some preparation of documents (mainly Word and Excel), collating information for presentation in single formats
*Generating project codes and folders
*Coordinating the execution of contracts (scanning, preparing for signature and potentially issuing them to the other side)
*Monitoring of internal Sales email address
*General administration (filing, scanning, chasing docs etc)
SC clearance required
Due to the nature of work undertaken at our client's site, the incumbent of this position is required to meet special nationality rules and therefore this vacancy is only open to British Citizens who are already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
This is a contract role.
