Your experience as an Avionics Systems Engineer would add immediate value to this world leading provider of commercial, military and business and general aviation jet and turboprop engines and components as well as avionics, electrical power and mechanical systems for aircraft based in Cheltenham.
They are looking for someone to work requirements generation and management, developing systems verification procedures and the completion of verification test activities.
-Full development lifecycle
-Hardware/Software Systems verification
-Comfortable reading, writing, and implementing Low-Level Systems & High-Level Software
-Logical problem-solving skills that can span systems/software/hardware with an understanding of Aerospace standard DO178B/C
Key Skills & Experience
-Degree in Engineering, mathematics, or physics, with experience in an Avionics Systems environment or equivalent.
-Able to read and interpret schematics.
-Able to use COTS Test Equipment in a lab environment.
-Able to use an emulator for on chip debugging
-Position - Avionics System Engineer - 18 Month Contract
-Location - Cheltenham
-Rate - £45 - £55 per hour
