As part of your role you will be responsible for:
*To ensure that the sales division's profit and business plans are achieved by
maximising selling prices and by controlling sales related expenses.
*Upon successful completion of existing strategies and targets, assist in developing
sales strategy to achieve its mid-term business plans.
*To source and arrange sales from installers and end users. Identify key and national
accounts, in accordance with company sales strategy and targets.
*To assist the UK sales manager and directors in developing sales strategies and targets.
*To develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, installers and other
*related bodies to ensure that maximum sales potential is realised.
*To maintain regular contact with customers to keep them aware of business
developments and to seek feedback from them so that our client can effectively
implement a programme of continuous improvement.
*To maintain an awareness of developments in sales techniques and services to
ensure that our client maintains and develops its competitive positions
*To ensure that all clients receive the best possible service and to keep the rate of attrition of any client as low as possible.
*To ensure the sales department is coordinated with other departments within the company enabling services provided by the company to be supplied in the most effective and efficient manner.
*To monitor the service offerings and sales performance of competitors to ensure that our client maintains and develops its competitive position.
*In conjunction with the UK sales manager and directors, create, develop and implement various sales campaigns, literature and materials (electronic and hard copy) deemed necessary to advance sales volume and margins.
*To evaluate and recommend any new markets, services, software or hardware that may help the development and profitability.
*To deliver accurate and specific sales reporting disciplines.
*To develop and maintain accurate PDCA reporting systems, including the analysis and reporting of all sales and customer data.
You will have the following experience
*a thorough knowledge of the UK's RVRC, ARC and associated security industry, market and services.
*a thorough knowledge and wide experience of marketing and sales processes and programmes.
*a thorough knowledge and wide experience of how various organisations and their services operate.
*excellent sales and interpersonal skills.
*excellent planning and organisational skills
