Business Operations Salesforce Administrator
They are currently seeking an experienced Business Operations Salesforce Administrator, a Salesforce expert with a passion for the Salesforce Platform and experience in the implementation of new additions within the platform and the ability to train others.
The Business Operations Salesforce Administrator will provide support to global commercial teams by creating and maintaining effective sales processes and reporting, introducing improved workflows and automation to drive process efficiency and monitor key performance, maximising customer-facing time for sales representatives.
Responsibilities will include:
*Acting as Salesforce Superuser for the sales teams and the wider group of users, guiding on best practice and providing training to ensure a high level of adoption on existing and new commercial processes.
*Maintenance of profiles, roles and security permissions for all users.
*Acting as project manager for Salesforce small changes and implementations, providing system and business process expertise to ensure solutions meet user requirements and adhere to best practices whilst providing assistance with the development and testing of solutions where appropriate.
*Using Process Builder and workflow tools to improve and build new workflows and automation to enable users to pro-activity monitor and respond to sales data on accounts and related records
*Building and maintaining reports and dashboards to ensure sales teams, management, operations and other users have access to key commercial data.
*Assisting business users in maintaining uploading data to Salesforce using the Data Loader tool to minimise the manual effort required to load or modify large data sets.
*Improving external integrations with Salesforce and other departments, such as to marketing, support and finance systems ensuring any integration impacts are understood.
To be considered for this role, applicants will need to hold Salesforce Certified Administrator certification and will have strong administrative experience working on Salesforce systems, including experience with Process Builder or workflows and experience using Salesforce Lightning UI.
In addition to above mandatory requirements, the following experience would be desirable:
*Microsoft Excel advanced features such as pivot tables, condition formatting etc
*Configuring Salesforce CPQ or other similar quoting tools
*Configuring Pardot or other similar marketing automation solution
