Job Description

Your experience leading a transformation capability would be of great interest for this role. You will be a strong leader with experience in change management, programme management and continuous improvement methodologies.

You will be leading a team of change managers in developing and driving capability and performance across their change delivery function. This will include coaching, project management, working with key stakeholders and managing resources.

Whilst the role is Liverpool based, there is likely to be a lot of remote working in the current climate.

This is a contract role, initially until the end of March but with possible extensions beyond.

About the job:
They currently require the services of a Change and Business Improvement Manager. This role includes:-
*Providing advice, coaching and general guidance to the team.
*Managing the team towards achievement objectives of complex projects.
*Managing resources and allocating to the most appropriate change projects.
*Supporting development and delivery of the function capabilities.
*Ensuring change methodologies and frameworks are utilised.
*Developing and embedding agreed approaches and ways of working.
*Implementing a performance framework within the change function.
*Developing strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
*Working collaboratively with all functions throughout the business.
*Driving awareness and understanding of business change approaches and tools.

About you:
*Experience of leading, motivating and driving teams.
*Mentoring and coaching techniques.
*Strong background in a change management environment.
*Ability to utilise various methodologies such as Lean Six-Sigma and Agile.
*Track record of delivering performance improvements.
*Excellent stakeholder management skills at senior levels.
*Ideally you will have experience working within a Central Government environment
