Job Description

Our client is looking for a Client Director - Central Government to join their team on a permanent basis. This role can be based in a variety of locations including, Bristol, London, Manchester, Cheltenham, Manchester, and Birmingham.

This positive and proactive leader will refine and execute on their Central Government strategy to achieve substantial, profitable revenue growth. You will report to the Security Intelligence and Government Market Director and work closely with the Strategic Growth Director and others in the leadership team.

  • Develop and execute a central government business development strategy and plan.
  • Build a strong brand presence in the company's external market.
  • Proven ability to drive double digit revenue growth and achieve enhanced margin.
  • Be an ambassador for the business; attending and speaking at relevant industry events, developing alliances and partnerships, and leveraging opportunities to build greater awareness of the business.
  • Create a high performing sales team focused on, creating, and shaping opportunities with potential clients and driving the pursuit to a successful sale.
  • Creating and developing C suite, Director and Deputy Director level relationships with customers, establishing a personable, professional rapport, that aligns with the company's core values.
  • Developing compelling propositions which have digitization and digital transformation at their heart.

Skills and Experience
· You will have sales and delivery experience in Central Government.
· As a visible and active leader of Business Development activity you will be skilled in developing sales opportunities from the earliest stages through to contract win, signature, and delivery.
· You will have a track record of business development in digital advisory, transformation and delivery management services and come with an existing network of relevant client contacts that will help deliver growth within the first year.
· You will will use your insight to articulate client demand and work with the practice teams to build sustainable, high quality internal capability and supply chain.
