Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and supervision of live projects providing a commercial focus to the product delivery team and working with stakeholders to define new project needs.
Responsibilities
*Lead on commercial aspects of project delivery
*Supporting project teams in defining work breakdown structures, deliverable and project plans
*Project cost management and forecasting
*Project programme analysis including critical path and interdependencies between work streams, using this insight to assist team in setting priorities and resource allocation
*Support management of key suppliers with respect to the company's broader procurement strategy
Skills and Experience
*Professional PM qualification E.g. Prince 2, APM
*Hands-on experience of delivering engineering or product development projects, preferably at all stages of the project lifecycle
*Experience of managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with challenging timescales
*Prepared customer or supplier contract of carrying scale, complexity and risk profile
*Strong project financial management and reporting skills
*Track record of processing and applying new skills and concepts quickly
Desirable skills and experience
*Have experience setting up ISO9001 accredited processes and procedures
*Have experience with standard contract forms appliable to EPCI contracts in the renewable energy industry including FIDIC
*Have experience working in a regulated marine industry
