About the job:
My Client currently require the services of a Compensation Advisor on a 12 Month basis. This role includes:
*Supporting the Compensation Business Partner with the implementation of corporate compensation programmes for the UK& Europe region, which will include the annual merit review and corporate incentive programmes, in line with the corporate compensation guidelines and cycles
*Managing the annual UK gender pay gap and other mandatory reporting to ensure compliance with legislative reporting requirements
*Undertaking comprehensive analysis and benchmarking activity of direct compensation elements, including development of pay ranges for the UK& Europe region and adhoc benchmarking requests where appropriate
*Supporting the Compensation Business Partner with internal and external hires including grading advice, salary proposals and benefit schemes
*Advising HR Business Partners and Advisors on reward policy and processes and specifically compensation queries
