Job Description

Your previous record and experience in Customer Service combined with a background in Technical and Aerospace, would be of a great interest to my client. Reporting into the Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating issues within the team and externally with customers. Excellent customer interface skills are essential for this role, as you'll be expected to provide a proactive level of support to both customers and colleagues.

About the job:

*Provide high quality support to our customers, worldwide repair stations and strategic partners.
*Progress Customer Support general enquiries and update our Customer Support database
*Ensure that Customer Support issues are well managed and resolved to the mutual satisfaction of the business and our customers.
*Distribute Customer satisfaction surveys and analyse results.
*Control and distribute Customer Support documentation.
*Assist with Customer Support projects.
*Liaise with Customers to collate data on product performance.
*Review and make improvements to existing processes updating company documentation as necessary
*Provide the out of hours AOG support on a rota basis
*Visit customers for reviews as required.
*There may be additional activities to perform from time to time in order to maximise the contribution to Ultra Electronics PCS goals and objective

About you:

Essential
*Excellent customer interface skills

*Well organised, confident and professional

*Technical awareness
*Aerospace experience
*Minimum 5 GCSEs at C grade or above to include English and Maths
