Are you an experienced Client Support/Tech Support/Financial Customer Service professional with a track record of working within SaaS, Fintech or Financial Services? Want to join an established international brand looking to develop on their successful UK Market penetration? Here's an opportunity to join a forward thinking and innovative tech solution in central London.

Our client is a successful international SaaS based solution, enables their client to manage large portfolio equity businesses through their Portfolio Companies Management Systems and cloud solutions for the private equity industry. Their solution saves business time through the automation, reduces time on the reporting process and the ability to contextualise fund performance relative to public and private markets. Along with this data comes the insight gained through access to the expectations of global market participants.

The Role
Due to the launch of their global customer success function they require a customer support associate to lead the delivery of world class customer support to global private equity clients. As well as support functions there is the opportunity to take on more Customer Success functions with a view to become a CSM in the future. They will provide exceptional, approachable and professional customer service.

*Own the customer support function and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
*Accurately resolve customer queries and manage customer escalations to ensure that they are fully resolved
*Ensure that we are meeting our SLAs
*Create and maintain content for the customer support centre
*Work closely with internal teams in customer success and product management to gather answers to customer queries
*Conduct a monthly ticket review and present in the team meetings
*Become a product expert
*Handle project and data management requests

About You
*Minimum 2 Years - Customer Support/Service experience within SaaS, Data Analytics, Fintech or Financial Services
*Experience of Customer Success function and principles
*Knowledge of SaaS - Technical Understanding of solutions, JIRA/Customer Support Tools
*Background and/or knowledge of Financial industry, ie. Fintech, Banking, Education in Finance/economics - interest and understanding of private equity industry - Finance qualifications desirable
*Self-motivated with an excellent work ethic
*First-rate communication and presentation skills
