Are you an experienced Tech Support/Account Management professional with a track record of working within SaaS, Mobile or Digital Platforms? Want to join an established international business looking to develop on their successful UK Market penetration? Here's an opportunity to join a forward thinking and innovative tech solution in central London.

Our client is a successful international SaaS based solution that specialises in providing Mobile Loyalty and Customer engagement solutions into the Point of Sales Market. Their product offer their client a complete set of customer management tools, including a bespoke mobile app and unique and far reaching loyalty programs -coupled with state of the art POS integration it allows clients to create actionable business insights, automated actions, and multichannel communications.

The Role
Due to continued growth and success they require a Customer Support professional to join their Customer Success and Sales team in London. The CS Exec will be responsible for the account management of a portfolio small retailers and hospitality businesses as well assisting the wider team with reactive technical support issue and tickets. They will be able to resolve the majority of issues but will be required to liaise with overseas business to solve wider customer issues.

*Own the customer support function and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
*Accurately resolve customer queries and manage customer escalations to ensure that they are fully resolved
*Ensure that we are meeting our SLAs
*Create and maintain content for the customer support centre

About You
*Minimum 2-3 Years - Tech Support, Helpdesk, Customer Account Management/Customer Success experience
*Knowledge and Experience of digital platforms, such as mobile apps, online ads, CRM systems, POS solutions, websites, etc.
*Knowledge of SaaS - Technical Understanding of solutions
*Experience of Customer Success function and principles
*JIRA/Customer Support Tools
*Self-motivated with an excellent work ethic
*First-rate communication and presentation skills
