Global Leading Engineering & Aviation organisation are looking to hire an experienced and qualified Emergency Response Advisor to join their prestigious, high-profile fast growing team based in Bournemouth.
The successful candidate must have experience and understanding of technical compliance within the civil engineering and aviation environment.
As an Emergency Response Advisor your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
*Sound knowledge of Safety Management principles and practices, ideally aviation
*Previous experience of Safety Management principles and practices, ideally aviation
*Previous experience of Emergency Response / Business Continuity principles and practices
*Formal training / qualification in Safety Management Systems, including Emergency Response / Business Continuity, will be advantageous
*Self-motivated, assertive, resilient with the ability to hold their own
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to interface with internal and external customers at all levels
*Experienced in presenting information, written and verbal
*Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to achieve deadlines
*Computer literate - Use MS Office Software and other Company Software as required
*Maintain high levels of integrity, work ethic and confidentiality and use discretion appropriately
As an Emergency Response Advisor your main responsibilities will involve:
*Development and upkeep of the CAvS UK Emergency Response Plan
*Development and upkeep of the CAvS UK Business Continuity Plan
*Development and upkeep of all ERP and BCP Manuals, Procedures and associated documentation
*Development, coordination and execution of the ERP (Aviation & Environmental) and BCP Exercise Schedules within CAvS UK, in liaison with internal and external stakeholders
*Development of effective working relationships with external agencies (Emergency Services, Police, Airport Authorities, etc…)
*Ad Hoc / Out-of-Hours work during urgent / unforeseen business requirements.
*Domestic / International travel as required.
*Any other reasonable duties, which may requested that falls within the scope / capability of the incumbent
