This is a contract role and will give the successful candidate an opportunity to guide our client on which major and minor improvements might be needed over the next 3-5 years. They want your advice and expertise.
*Ensure the facilities and infrastructure are fully compliant with their policy, legal, statutory, regulatory and industrial requirements throughout the building, seeking competent advice where necessary.
*Undertake appropriate assurance (for planned, preventative and reactive maintenance activities) of the FM providers.
*Define and implement improvements to assurance mechanisms where necessary.
*Deliver monthly facilities and infrastructure reports to the leadership team.
*Contribute to the work that will be required to address any areas where it is found that standards are not being met.
*Develop a long term (3-5 year) plan for maintenance and upgrade of the wider site.
*Complete transition to the new organisational structure.
*Define the corporate facilities/estates management resource required for the site i.e roles and responsibilities in line with activities undertaken.
The successful candidate will have a proven background in FM.
Location of work: Buxton
