We currently have an opportunity for a Facilities Project Manager, based in Stevenage.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager, experienced in construction and facilities management, to manage a diverse range or construction and fit out projects across the client's UK sites. You will be managing a team of in-house and external professionals, in the delivery of these works.

In this role you will be leading and growing a team capable of delivering complex and challenging construction projects that meet the needs of the business. You will be responsible for managing the project delivery programme of work, and for reporting progress and performance to management. You will be required to provide advice and guidance on construction statutory and regulatory compliance, and to provide advice and guidance on procurement routes and contract types.

It is essential that you have the following Qualifications and Skills:

You will be required to hold an HNC / degree level qualification or have equivalent relevant experience
Substantial practical experience within a Construction & Facilities Management environment
Experience in managing contracts and project delivery
You need to demonstrate you are able to build a team that is capable of delivering complex and challenging construction projects
The ability to manage internal and external relationships and be able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of construction forms of contract, such as JCT.
