Job Description

Your experience of developing and implementing a global change programme would be of great interest for this role. You will have strong experience in change strategy and delivery for a multinational organisation.

This will be a corporate level role, designing the change programme and working with various departments, offices and countries to implement it.

A 9 month fixed term contract initially to be regularly reviewed.

About the job:

They currently require the services of a Global Change and Transformation Lead. This role includes:-

- Apply a structured change methodology with appropriate tools and processes
- Complete change management assessments
- Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance
- Develop a detailed change management framework
- Develop a change implementation plan
- Work closely with teams to ensure alignment with the business
- Prepare the business for new ways of working
- Work with senior stakeholders to agree their role in leading the change
- Engage with programme/project teams to articulate future ways of working
- Assess gap between current and future ways of working
- Work with the project team to develop engagement activities and interventions
- Develop stakeholder map by impacted audience
- Undertake business impact assessment by sector, business and audience
- Create a local network of agents to promote the change
- Work with programme / project teams to clearly define business benefits
- Develop benefits realisation plans
- Agree with leaders how benefits will be delivered, tracked and measured
- Challenge teams to deliver all required new capabilities
- Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
- Conduct impact analysis and assess change readiness
- Support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Track and report issues
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress


About you:

- Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts
- Global experience, worked across different regions and cultures
- A solid understanding of how people adapt to change
- Experience of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
- Forward looking with a holistic approach
- Organised with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and the project lifecycle
- Change management certification
- MBA graduates will be viewed favourably
- Experience in digital transformations will be viewed favourably.
