Job Description

Join a fast-growing team of talented Graphics Design Programmers supporting immersive simulations. The successful candidate will be working on supporting our worldwide customer base in real-time simulations in a range of different simulation fields
We are seeking a talented programmer with a desire to be a key part of a small team developing and utilizing a high-performance graphics engine on the PC, ultimately for use with v-walls and dome projection arrays. The successful applicant will be interested in all things graphics related and work as part of the team improving and optimizing an existing engine, as well as developing all aspects of a new, Unity-based engine for current and future projects.

Key Responsibilities
Developing new features and effects for an existing engine.
Porting or redeveloping existing models, features and effects for a new engine.
Profiling and optimizing.
Gathering requirements and finding graphical solutions for new product ideas.
Onsite installation of graphics software on new and existing simulators.

Essential
Graphics development experience using Unity, DirectX or OpenGL.
Commercial development experience using C/C++/C#.

Desirable
An understanding of next-gen rendering techniques including deferred lighting/shading/shadowing, shader pipelines, special effects, particle systems & post processing techniques.
A degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as maths, computer science or software engineering.
Simulation/games development experience.
3D maths skills.
Network programming experience, especially multicast.
Experience using version control systems (CVS, SVN etc).
