As a Senior Risk Manager within the business you will lead the development and implementation of appropriate risk management solutions.

My client requires the services of a Group Risk and Business Continuity Manager This role includes:
*Supporting the Head of Group Risk and Assurance in ensuring that a culture of continuous improvement in risk management and business continuity is embedded in the organisation
*Develop and embed across the group a risk and BCP strategy, policy, risk process and guidelines to manage risk and ensure incidents of business continuity are managed effectively
*Provide constructive review and challenge of the risk registers and risk reports, working with risk champions, and where required attendance at risk governance forums/operational boards
*To provide assurance that key risks are appropriately identified, assessed, monitored and managed and/or mitigated
*Work with Risk Champions in a partnering approach to improve risk management across all operations and supply partners

About You:
*You will have proven experience in a senior risk management role
*Excellent influencing, communication and negotiating skills
*Demonstrable evidence of having worked at both strategic and operational level, to support delivery of effective Risk & BCP management to deliver real impact in an organisation.
*Deliver excellent and informative written and oral presentations where recommendations have solid evidence-based foundations

Salary: 50 - 55K DOE
