The role will include:
Managing and building strong working relationships with Property Developers & Property stakeholders
Identifying opportunity for growth by lead gen, prospecting and building relationships with target sites, and engaging with decision-makers including property managers & developers
Managing the end to end sales process
Carry out strategic account management and planning, building value propositions
Reporting directly to Senior Management on progress and managing workflow and projects
The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills/experience:
B2B Sales experience ideally selling telecoms/fibre roll out to the new build housing sector. However candidates with a B2B background in, technology or enterprise sectors could be considered.
Strategic, relationship-focused approach to sales
Previous experience in growing and managing a B2B sales team.
Strong sales profile with end to end sales/business development experience
The ability to work autonomously with self-drive and motivation
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
