Job Description

Our client is a world-leading defence and security systems organisation.

They are currently looking to recruit a HR Administrator on a Six Month Fixed term contract basis.
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support within the Human Resources Department, specifically within the Resourcing function. Offering a quality service to internal customers, external candidates and suppliers.

About the job:
*Creating vacancy postings and advertisements
*Support in the coordination of interviews
*Providing timely feedback to candidates and suppliers following interview
*Delivering verbal offers to candidates and driving through the offer paperwork process
*Ensuring that the in-house recruitment systems used to capture recruitment related information are accurate and up-to-date at all times
*Responding to line manager, supplier and candidate queries
*Facilitate and support the coordination of large recruitment campaigns and projects
*Support the wider HR function as and when required

About you:

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
*Excellent and proven organizational and coordination skills
*The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
*Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook and familiarity with recruitment applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar in house databases

*Ability to work on own initiative
*Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail
