Job Description

Your experience as a HR Business Partner with Project/Change management experience will add value to my client, a world leading supplier of critical control solutions for military and commercial customers.

You will provide direct HR support to specific functions within the business, working with the leadership teams to ensure operational HR is delivered effectively.

The responsibilities for this role will include:

*Providing direct HR support to specific functions of the business to ensure that operational HR is delivered effectively
*Developing and deploying the business resource plans with the resourcing team to meet relevant requirements and personal involvement in appointments
*Engaging in the business's early career and high potential pipeline (apprentice and graduate programmes)
*Deploying talent and reward strategies
*Working with the leadership team and talent specialists to support talent management (succession planning, career planning)
*Provide HR advice and support to site management, supervisors and employees on a wide range of tactical and operational employee related issues
*Advising managers and employees on issues of employment legislation
*Acting as a change agent to support and facilitate desired change
*Ensure continuous improvement methodology is applied to HR process and operational deliverables

To be suitable for this role your experience will include:

*CIPD qualified
*Experience working alongside and providing key HR support to a leadership teams and their senior managers
*Experienced in reward management, strategic workforce planning, resourcing and forecasting
*Strong employee relations experience and a full understanding of current employment legislation
*Project management and change management skills supporting improvements to the HR function and wider business
*Strong communication skills, interpersonal skill and emotional resilience along with the ability to work in complex environments
