My client is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner with strong Projects experience. The role is to provide project and operational support in multiple locations and functions. You will ensure change programmes are operationalised effectively.
My client is going through rapid expansion due to recent contract wins and are looking to grow their team. They operate in the Aerospace, Avionics, Defence, Maritime, and Land sectors
The responsibilities for this role will include:
*Key part of the business unit HR team working across the business disciplines to lead and influence change at a tactical level across the business
*Leading HR projects
*Working with local leadership teams in the creating and implementation of organisation design, team effectiveness strategies, change management programmes and integrated people solutions that address key business needs
*Coaching and supporting senior managers to deliver business plans and drive performance and capability improvement within their teams
*Provide HR advice and support on a wide range of tactical and operational employee related issues
*Supporting the performance management process and associated activities ensuring consistency
*Proactively supporting the delivery of HR processes within area of responsibility
To be suitable for this role your experience will include:
*Degree level or relevant experience
*Proven experience within HR Projects
*Strong employee relations experience and practical application of local employment law and legislation
*Previous experience of working with senior stakeholders
*Experience of supporting employees across multiple sites
*Excellent communication skills along with the ability to work in complex environments providing advice and services to multiple stakeholders
