Your experience of Validation Engineering and knowledge of development and validation of Supplier manufacturing systems, will help you to join a new department responsible for Company Industrial Policy and Supply Chain Management, with a specific focus within programmes to lead Industrial Validation of supplied equipment.

About the job:

Our client currently requires an Industrial Validation Engineer for Supplied Equipment to be responsible for the monitoring and validation of a sustainable equipment supply chain, ensuring suppliers develop robust manufacturing systems capable of delivery on time and on quality during series production. The job will include;
*Monitor, support and evaluate the development and validation of Supplier manufacturing systems.
*Support suppliers in undertaking Industrial Validation activities such as; Process FMEAs, Manufacturing Readiness Level assessments, Product Acceptance, Production Readiness Reviews etc to ensure that robust and comprehensive industrial solutions are developed and available for series production.
*Ensure the development and implementation of Supplier Manufacturing Inspection and Test architectures and processes in line agreed Supplier manufacturing plans.
*Analyze Supplier non-conformances relating to the Manufacturing System, track to closure agreed improvement/corrective actions.
*Establish supplier manufacturing surveillance plans for series production, to ensure sustained delivery and quality.

This role forms part of the multi-functional team managing development and delivery of supplied equipment, requiring close working with MEP, Manufacturing and Quality organisations.

About you:

To be suitable for this Industrial Validation Engineer for Supplied Equipment job, you will ideally be HND qualified (or equivalent), with relevant and recent project or industrial experience and possess strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial cost awareness. You will need to be experienced in Product and Process Risk Identification and Management with sound knowledge of Supply Chain principles, practices and processes. The ideal candidate will also have experience in working during the Development and Manufacturing engineering life cycle phases.
