Job Description

Do you want to join a Business Value driven organisation that is adopting agile across the organisation, leveraging cloud and moving to digital products? I am looking for a confident and professional IT Support Analyst responsible for managing the lifecycle of all accounts, data and system access within a global engineering consultancy. The successful appointee will work closely with the Global Service Desk, a multi-skilled team who also deal with transactional requests allowing flexibility of resource provision and providing a 'can do' service for the customers. This role is currently being advertised as FTC for 12 months.

About the Role:
*Process transactional user provisioning tasks in accordance to documented and audited processes with 100% accuracy
*Support team lead in driving and delivering on automation initiatives and achieving continuous service improvement
*Assist in defining, documenting, improving, automating and streamlining processes
*Liaise with Project Managers as required to ensure project assistance and the smooth transition of new services into existing processes
*Provide resolution for incidents (of varying complexity) and requests (and ensure knowledge transfer to L1/2 and Global Service Desk teams)
*Respond to all incidents and requests according to defined SLAs, ensure 100% accuracy and customer satisfaction
*Assist with training of staff internal/external to team globally
You will have the following experience:
*ITIL v3 Foundation
*Experience of working in a high pressure environment
*An excellent understanding of how IT contributes to the delivery of a service clients
*Proven track record in achieving SLAs
*Excellent communication skills and customer focus
*Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships
*Process orientated with a methodical and planned approach to achieving goals
*Experience of IS work management systems (ideally ServiceNow)
*Desirable: ● ITIL v3 Service Operation ● Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
