As Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out strip inspection and repair including hydraulic, pneumatic, and load testing of marine mechanical and electrical assemblies to accommodate high level of activity on various contracts.

You'll need to have previous fitting/assembly/build experience, within a medium or heavy engineering environment and hold either an apprenticeship in mechanical engineering or the equivalent qualifications.

This role will be based in Bristol.
Your skills and experience need to include:
Understanding of detail strip, rebuild and pressure/load test of hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies.
Excellent written communication and good understanding of IT skills (word, excel).
Good working knowledge of Health and Safety (COSHH, Manual Handling, Lifting and Slinging).
Ideally you will be a time served apprentice, ex-military technician, or engineer with marine experience.
