Chair DMU reviews (System level/all data visible).
Manage IRDs generation for sensitive subsystems/units.
ICD Documentation
-PDR datapack.
-Review of lower-level unit data (progress reviews, design reviews, RFDs, DRB).
-CDR datapack.
Generate and maintain the Mechanical Interface Control Document.
Document all work substantiating design decisions in Design Justification File.
To be considered for this role, applicants will be qualified (ideally to degree level) in a relevant engineering subject, with previous experience in a similar Mechanical Architecture role working on satellite systems. You will need to be familiar with Eurostar NEO products and processes, able to foster a team working relationship across three sites.
You will have experience of S/C design, specifically design for manufacture and KID management and definition. You will have strong communication skills, able to work successfully across the project team, management and the customer, working as part of a multi-discipline team and using your experience of teambuilding, decision making and target setting.
