You will be working for a global provider of mobile satellite communications and this is an opportunity to work at the very cutting edge of technology.
Key Responsibilities of the Job include:
The Process Architect will drive the design and implementation of key processes in Solutions and Service Delivery as part of the Target Operating Model work. Defining the goods and services that SD will operationalize, the processes for doing so and the inputs and outputs from other teams. The role involves;
*Experience of process mapping - ideally Blueworks but any of the mainstream process repositories also fine
*Process capture through workshops/meetings with subject matter experts
*Familiarity of working within a process architecture
*Experience of working within a process work stream within IT projects
*Aware of process design concepts such as flow, value, re-use, as-is/to be
*Experience of deploying process into a business environment including handover to process owner
*Experience of successfully delivering process improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methods
*Process Performance Metrics that provide data on the efficiency and effectiveness of processes will be created, and will be a primary deliverable of the process architect.
*Design and delivery of process metrics including visual management which can be used by operational teams to monitor and improve performance
*Structured thinking (architecture, decomposition, scope)
*Business process design and improvement
*Business-wide engagement, communication and training
*Stakeholder management (process owners, process architect)
*A track record of navigating complex stakeholder environments and brokering agreement/ alignment in challenging situations
*A demonstrable record of process implementation and continuous improvement
*Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
*Lean Six Sigma accredited
*Knowledge and application of lean and six sigma process tools and techniques
*Ability to travel on behalf of the company as required
