They have developed several products and services that harness the power of technology to transform training and enhance performance, enabling the people and the companies in the global energy sector to work not only safely but smarter and more efficiently.
The successful candidates will have a proven background working in an entrepreneurial fast-moving business within the Upstream Oil & Gas sector. Ideally, you will have experience of training simulation technology or SaaS and will have managed international sales teams.
You will be responsible for driving the global sales team to meet sales targets and supporting the sales team to deliver continuous improvement and exceptional results.
You will be tasked with increasing market share from current customers whilst continuously expanding the customer base.
Our client is open to where the position is based, however it must be within easy reach of a major airport with Global flight plans to meet with the client base. c.70% of working time is expected to be conducted by meeting clients globally.
Key Markets will include Aberdeen, Bournemouth, UAE, North Africa, USA
This is a permanent role and as such will attract a competitive basic Salary, Pension and Uncapped OTE
