Are you an experienced Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales or Technical Account Management professional with a track record of working with SaaS, Mobile or Digital Media Platforms? Want to join an established international brand looking to develop on their successful European Market penetration? Our client is a specialist digital content delivery platform in the entertainment, sports and media industries. As a market leader, they work with their clients across technical, creative and strategic investments to ensure the biggest impact and returns across digital platforms. They have a great reputation and offer the opportunity to work with some of the world's most renown sports and entertainment brands across a number of locations in the US, UK and beyond.

The Role

Due to the success of the business expanding into the European market they require a German/English speaking Technical Account Manager to join them in a client facing TAM role working on delivery projects to some of Europe's best-known Sports Clubs and Brands. They will work across the business and be an essential cog to the development of quality digital products.

They will work closely with the client to ensure that problems and solutions are being offered throughout engagement, with the ability to drive both the client and internal teams to keep all delivery on track.

- Responsible for overall Presales activities and ongoing Account Management
- Building relationships, presenting technical solutions to stakeholders of various technical capabilities
- Oversea project delivery and help generate business opportunities.
- Educate both client and internal teams in relation to SDLC, managing expectations and presenting relevant technical topics.

About You
- 6+ Years of Pre Sales, Sales Engineering, or TAM experience, preferably working with SaaS, Software Development or Digital Media Platforms
- German and English Language essential and French fluency a plus
- Experience of working as a Client Facing AM, with understanding of commercial implications and developments
- Technical background with a Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering preferred
- Proven knowledge and ability in one or more of the following:
-Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
-Systems including CMS/VMS
-Native Mobile Applications
- Ability to articulate technical solutions, interface with tech and non-tech stakeholders, manage multiple high profile projects at one time.
