Are you an experienced Client Success/Account Management professional with a track record of working within SaaS, Engagement or Digital Platforms? The Role
Due to the success and growth of the UK business they require an experienced Customer Success Manager to work with existing clients ensuring smooth delivery of products, understanding of solutions and on-going development of relationships. They will take a proactive approach in order to grow, develop the current business and create long term relationships with clients.

*Work with clients during on-boarding, ensuring smooth platform integration and develop ongoing engagement tactics to ensure the platforms success across the business.
*Deep understanding of the technology to ensure best practices for client success
*Develop internal partnerships with cross functional teams, including Sales, marketing, Product Management and Support acting as the voice of the customer
*Manage key customer metrics around Churn, account growth, and renewals.

About You
*Minimum 5 Years - Customer Success/Account Management/Consulting experience within an enterprise SaaS business
*Implemented SaaS platforms into business with large user numbers (100,000+)
*Own overall relationship which includes: growing account size, and ensuring retention and satisfaction
*Grow existing customers to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives
*Client facing experience with the ability to communicate and influence at all decision making levels.
*Knowledge and Experience of digital platforms, such as mobile apps, online ads, CRM systems, Marketing Technology, Customer Engagement, etc.
*Knowledge of SaaS - Technical Understanding of solutions
*Project Management Experience, ability to manage stakeholders both internally and externally
*Self-motivated with an excellent work ethic
*First-rate communication and presentation skills
