Global Leading Logistics & Distribution company are looking to hire and experienced and CTLLS qualified SHEQ Training Manager to join their prestigious, high-profile fast growing team based in the West Midlands.
The successful candidates must have experience of writing and delivering HSEQ training programmes across the business and review training course material to ensure the business is always legally compliant.
Responsibilities will include:
*Adapting training programmes to suit the specific needs of employees and clients.
*Attend various training courses when required to ensure CPD.
*Ensure additional training material is used to engage an audience and ensure knowledge retention.
*Write and develop bespoke high quality training courses for specific customers as required
*Work with the HSEQ team and wider business to identify opportunities to increase the training offering
*Ensuring that feedback forms are completed by all delegates at the end of the course and reviewed to acknowledge any suggestions made on the delivery of the course in question.
*Liaise with the H&S Coordinator for the planning of external training.
*Attendance at H&S Team Meetings as and when required.
*Produce timely and accurate reports for training analysis
Knowledge, Experience and qualifications required:
*CTLLS, BTEC award in Education and Training (L4) or similar
*NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or NVQ Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (L5)
*Professional Member of IOSH (preferably working towards Chartership)
*Confident and proficient at writing and delivering presentations
*Excellent communication skills
*Adaptable team member

*£40,000 + benefits package
