You will be part of a company that designs, develops, manufactures and distributes technologies that enhance perception and awareness. They offer a diversified portfolio that serves a number of application in Government & Defence, industrial & Commercial Markets. The organisation bring innovative sensing solutions into daily life through thermal imaging, visible-light imaging, video analytics, measurement and diagnostic and advanced threat detection systems.
About the role:
*Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers.
*Sources candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
*Works with agencies, recruiting contractors and/or internet website representatives in the course of conducting employment-advertising campaigns. Provide feedback on all recruiting agencies/sources.
*Manager end to end recruitment process and life cycle including initial assessments, interviews and offers by supporting a variety of departments.
*Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles.)
*Actively take part in employer branding efforts utilizing all the recruiting marketing channels including new channel development
*Manages planning and scheduling of on-site interviews.
*Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data.
*Initiate employment background checks ensuring compliance policy and procedures and facilitate onboarding process including new hire orientation.
*Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.
*Develop, support, and maintain college intern and career development programs.
*Assist in promoting company events/activities.
*Facilitate recruitment and selection training for hiring managers.
*Participate in project teams as needed.
*Bachelor's degree with proven experience preferred in recruitment and selection; technically savvy, advanced experience with social media sourcing efforts
*Must have experience of recruiting in Europe, Middle East is advantageous within a global business.
*Experience of using Workday Recruiter. Language skills also advantageous.
*Travel required (up to 30%) Travel required to/from West Malling and Fareham, Hants facility, aswell as some overseas travel.

Salary: Competitive + benefits - 6 month contract
The role will require all employees to achieve and maintain SC security clearance or above without restrictions that will inhibit the individual's ability to fulfil the requirements of the role. Your eligibility for the appropriate level of security clearance may be discussed with you during the recruitment process. Any existing clearance holders may be able to transfer clearance (subject to approval).
