- Lead the Electrical Engineering team, infusing strategy with practicality.
- Oversee projects spanning Maritime to Land & Environmental Sectors.
- Engage in bids, shape outputs, and ensure client delight.
- Advocate for holistic team growth, resource management, and future visioning.

- Chartered Engineer registered with an accredited body.
- An impeccable communicator, bridging teams, and clients.

Overview
- Job Title: Electrical Capability Lead
- Location: Bath
- Blended 1-2 days onsite per week
- Qualification: Master’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
Key Skills
- Mastery in high power Marine electrical system design.
- Proficiency in Electrical Engineering tools (MATLAB, Simulink, etc).
- Acumen in Marine Electrical Industrial Standards.
- Insight into the suitability of technologies for marine platforms.
- Expertise in understanding and addressing client needs.
