They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ventilation Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Ventilation Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of ventilation projects from inception to completion. Working within a small company, you will need to get involved in all aspects of the projects, requiring excellent troubleshooting and customer-facing skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management of ventilation system installations, upgrades, and retrofits.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to define project requirements and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, budget, and timelines.
- Allocate resources effectively, monitor project progress, and manage changes in scope.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction and installation activities, ensuring quality and safety.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and provide timely resolutions.
- Prepare and present project reports, including financial analysis and performance metrics.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
Qualifications:
- Educational background in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience within the ventilation, HVAC, or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of ventilation systems, components, and installation processes.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management
- Ability to analyse and solve problems, adapt to changing situations, and make informed decisions.
