- Lead, build and manage a team of talented Systems Engineers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and development.
- Drive the creation and implementation of cutting-edge systems engineering strategies, methodologies, and best practices to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-discipline team members, to ensure seamless integration of systems components.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to think outside the box and push the boundaries of engineering excellence.
- Oversee the successful execution of complex systems engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
