Our client, a leading defence organization dedicated to supporting our nation's Armed Forces, seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Navigation Sensors team. They take pride in their pivotal role in national defence and collaboration with governments to safeguard our freedom.


About the Role: 
Join their team to spearhead innovative solutions for Navigation Sensors used in cutting-edge defence technologies. Your responsibilities will include:

• Spearheading the specification, assessment, and development of Navigation Sensors.
• Leading multi-national research programs with UK-wide and European travel.
• Managing technically challenging work packages and supplier performance.
• Playing a pivotal role in strategic team growth and development.

About You:

• Background in complex engineering (preferably aerospace/defence).
• Ability to manage and deliver technically challenging projects.
• Experience in cost control, supplier performance, and team management.
• Organizational skills with a process-driven approach.
