Join their team to spearhead innovative solutions for Navigation Sensors used in cutting-edge defence technologies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Spearheading the specification, assessment, and development of Navigation Sensors.
- Leading multi-national research programs with UK-wide and European travel.
- Managing technically challenging work packages and supplier performance.
- Playing a pivotal role in strategic team growth and development.
- Background in complex engineering (preferably aerospace/defence).
- Ability to manage and deliver technically challenging projects.
- Experience in cost control, supplier performance, and team management.
- Organizational skills with a process-driven approach.
