This promotion is designed to allow customers to experience an outsourced recruitment service without any costs prior to placement. Delivering an exceptional service takes time, therefore we are only able to accept 5 roles as part of this promotion. All service provisions, expectations and costs are transparent from the outset and you will receive the dedicated service outlined below.

Service Provided

1. Outsourced recruitment service - an extension of your company brand
2. One point of contact
3. Experienced consultant, dedicated to your role
4. Communication of your company values and expectations of employees
5. Regular updates on sourcing stages
6. Delivery of shortlist at specified time and date
7. Detailed explanation of each applicant's capabilities, experiences and motivations

8. Recruitment tools used include:

  • Job board advertising
  • Targeted social media advertising
  • Multi-platform searching
  • Established networks built over 15 years
  • Targeted head-hunting

Promotion Details

1. 14% promotional fee - only applicable on basic salary
2. No costs to customer prior to placement
3. One role per customer at promotional rate
4. Maximum of 5 roles accepted during current promotional period
5. Declaration of interest received by  30th July 2017

6. Position must be within 'Commercial', classified by us to include the following or similar:

  • Commercial Manager / Officer
  • Contracts Manager
  • Procurement / Supply Chain Manager
  • Buyer
  • Project Manager
  • Project Controller / Planner
  • Product Manager
  • Business Development Manager
  • Business Manager
  • Sales Manager

Expectations of Customers

  • One role only to be exclusively sourced by Electus Recruitment
  •  Explanation of company values and unique selling points for prospective employees
  • Detailed discussion with the hiring manager regarding the role, team, projects, hiring process etc.
  •  Times agreed for updates and delivery of shortlist
