We're seeking a Chief HV Electrical Engineer to:

Power our NetZero future with innovative solutions
Guide and mentor our high-performing engineering teams
Provide technical leadership on complex transmission & distribution projects
Collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional results

What you'll do:

Drive technical governance and quality assurance
Shape capability development strategies
Lead technical project delivery
Foster strong client relationships

What you bring:

10+ years of HV Electrical experience with previous senior engineering leadership experience
National grid & power transmission experience essential
Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
Chartered Engineer (IET) or actively working towards it
Proven ability to mentor and develop exceptional engineers
Unwavering focus on quality and detail

Desirable:

BP141 / TP141 Design Assurance qualification (or ability to obtain)
