Business Development Manager - Poland

This company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for increasing the company's market share and executing pursuit strategies for high value electronics equipment. You will be working within a busy and diverse Surveillance Business Development Team as well as other departments such as product management, services, engineering, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or solid experience in a similar defence working environment, with experience in the Airborne and Maritime Defence market being advantageous. You should have proven experience of strategic selling with an emphasis on Government sales end users, primarily Military, Border Guard, Para Public and Police, through various channels. You should also have experience of selling through Government tenders and competitive bids using strong persuasive oral and writing skills.

Fluency in English and Polish is essential, while German would be advantageous. The ability to travel extensively is an essential requirement of the role.
