Shape the strategy and the design processes across a range of complex systems as a Portfolio Delivery Lead for electrical architecture.

You will drive engineering strategy through Commonality, Modularity, and Reuse (C,M&R), influencing system and sub-system design across a range of advanced defence products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage engineering strategies that support C,M&R across multiple systems.
• Translate strategic opportunities and risks into actionable engineering plans.
• Collaborate with design authorities and project teams to guide product development.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and mitigate delivery risks.
About You:
• Degree (or equivalent) in electrical/electronic engineering
• Solid understanding of the engineering life cycle and product design processes
• Strong communicator across technical disciplines and external partners
• Creative and adaptable problem-solver, able to work with multiple priorities
• Experience in defence or regulated industries, with knowledge of relevant standards

• Salary: £45,000–£55,000 Plus Bonus and Benefits
• Location(s): Stevenage or Bristol or Bolton
• Hybrid Working: 3 Days an Average On-Site per Week
