Systems Engineer – Defence Technology Programme
Location: Stevenage | Hybrid Working: 3 days on-site, 2 remote | Salary: Up to £55,000

You will work within a dynamic, collaborative team, helping to deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and precision.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate system concepts, architectures, and trades
• Elicit and decompose requirements for complex systems
• Work with design teams to define design principles and constraints
• Support cross-functional assessment and analysis activities
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Present technical solutions to senior stakeholders and influence design decisions

Candidate Profile:

• Strong analytical and systems thinking skills
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
• Experience with multi-domain systems and architectural processes
• Agile mindset and willingness to learn and deliver in a collaborative environment
• Attention to detail, organisational skills, and effective communication
