A leading organisation in the security access control sector is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive strategic growth across Government, NPSA, and Critical National Infrastructure clients. This field-based role offers the opportunity to shape national resilience through tailored solutions and long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
You will bring proven experience in public sector account management, ideally within high-security environments. Your ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and deliver tailored solutions will be key to success. A strong understanding of security technologies and a proactive approach to business development are essential.
Due to the nature of work at our client’s site, these vacancies are only open to British Citizens who hold DV clearance or can obtain it.
This is a permanent role.

- Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships across the sector
- Deliver quarterly financial targets and maintain core performance metrics
- Coordinate specifications, design, and pricing to meet client requirements
- Lead deal negotiation and closure with favourable commercial outcomes
- Support post-sale client care, including maintenance contract sales
- Represent the organisation at trade shows and client site visits
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and contribute to team collaboration
