Graduate Analyst – 
Location: Bath (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £32,000

A high-technology organisation is seeking a Graduate Analyst to support the delivery of complex research and technology projects for major clients across the UK and internationally. This is a permanent opportunity offering early career responsibility, structured progression, and the chance to contribute to meaningful work from day one.

Your Role As a Graduate Analyst, you will contribute to the planning, management, and delivery of contracts across varied technical domains. Projects typically range from one month to a year in duration, with a mix of work based at the Bath HQ, remotely, and on client sites in the South West.
You will be involved in:

• Interpreting the scope of research and technology programmes
• Developing cost models and estimating complex systems
• Designing and applying analysis tools and techniques
• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver reliable insights

You will work across multi-disciplinary teams, supporting key decisions with data-driven analysis and contributing to projects that have real-world impact.
What We’re Looking For You do not need specific qualifications, but a degree in a STEM discipline (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics) is essential. This opportunity is ideal for a graduate who is:

• A clear communicator with strong teamworking skills
• Analytical, curious, and enjoys solving complex problems
• Adaptable and collaborative, with a flexible approach to working environments
• Comfortable working with data and developing evidence-based recommendations

Desirable Experience While not required, any of the following would be beneficial:

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and confident use of Word and PowerPoint
• Experience writing structured technical reports
• Ability to present findings to clients or senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of or interest in areas such as defence, logistics, maritime, or manufacturing
• Awareness of cost modelling, risk estimation, or project management methodologies
